Job Description:

  • Administrative support;
  • Conference, classification and release of accounting documents;
  • Conference, preparation and processing of salaries;
  • Bank reconciliations;
  • Telephone and email contact with employees and customers;
  • Support in tasks related to hiring employees;
  • File and other administrative tasks inherent in the accounting department.

Job Experience:

  • Degree in Accounting or Management (preferred);
  • Experience in the administrative and/or secretariat area (preferred);
  • Average knowledge of Excel (preferred);
