Administrator Regional Deployment

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Deployment, this role will support the regional BOS deployment teams with administrative and logistical support to enable effective deployment of BHP Operating System to respective sites.

This role will be based out of Brisbane, with travel to sites across the Bowen Basin, or could be based out of Moranbah.

Other core accountabilities:

  • Directly supports the regional deployment leadership team
  • Coordinate and support logistics of deployment activities across the region
  • Provide BHP process and administrative system support to the regional deployment team
  • Support on-boarding of new team members

About You

We are looking for individuals that possess business knowledge, demonstrate excellence on a day-to-day basis, who are innovative with a bias to action, effectively influence others and have a strong ability to lead change. You will have a strong passion to support the BHP Operating System deployment and desire to influence change.
As the successful candidate, you will possess the following;

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the SAP system
  • Working knowledge of BHP travel system or similiar
  • Awareness of Project Management processes (scheduling, cost management)
  • Ability to use the Microsoft Office packages (Word, Power Point, Excel, One Note, Share Point)
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong customer focus and ability to understand their values and needs
