About The Role

As an SMB Expansion Sales Manager you have an exciting opportunity to lead and train a team of 10 SMB Expansion Account Executives. We are in search of strong communicators who have consistently proven themselves able to attain their own sales targets as an individual contributor, while also taking on additional responsibilities outside their role.

As a leader of the SMB Expansion Sales Team you will be tasked with building a team of consistent performers and ensuring each member of the team is properly equipped to provide the highest level of customer service. In addition, you will help identify opportunities to develop new processes and offerings to benefit both your own team and the customers they serve.

What You’ll Do

  • Create a strong, positive team culture focused on teamwork and empathy
  • Lead, motivate and support team members to achieve and exceed their sales targets
  • Act as a product expert and resource to team members when they have product and pricing-related questions
  • Measure sales KPIs and coach Expansion Account Executives on best practices, ensuring they adhere to daily KPIs, such as calls/emails per day and attending customer meetings on time
  • Perform quarterly performance reviews and hold weekly 1:1 meetings with team
  • Critically solve problems related to process, pricing and assigned ad-hoc projects
  • Regularly review customer calls and emails to confirm Account Executives are offering a world-class customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in a sales role, using both phone and email
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced environment that requires initiative, autonomy and the ability to embrace change
  • Highly organized and attach great importance to punctuality
  • Actively involved within the team and participated in projects
