The incumbent is expected to take over the role of Chief Financial Officer in future.
The position in conjunction with CFO entails a high level of interaction with the members of Board, SECP, FBR, SBP, and other relevant stakeholders.
DCFO is expected to assist the CFO in:
a. Preparing annual business plans, projections of the Company.
b. Preparing quarterly and annual financial results of the Company.
c. Coordinate with the Company Secretary and CFO to assist in Board and Annual General Meetings.
d. Management and adhoc information reports of the Company and its Clients.
e. Coordinate with the external and internal auditors of the Company.
f. Manage, train, and direct a team of accountants in carrying out the daily and periodic activities of the Company.
g. Liaise with SECP, FBR, PSX, under the supervision of CFO.
Qualification and Experience:
The DCFO is expected to meet the required qualification under the Code of Corporate Governance, and should be a qualified ACCA, (minimum)
with at least 5 years’ experience
Industry experience with NBFC, in particular Leasing company / Banking is required.
