  • However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for a Manager, Key Account management to join our growing team to bring innovation into delivery.

What’s on the menu for you to do:

  • Management over the key account team. Lead the team through the implementation of a consumer-based mode of operation.
  • Strive for the achievement of excellence and insight, to surpass consumer expectations.
  • Proactively lead the business’s strategic account planning processes.
  • Develop performance objectives, sales targets, and critical milestones for weekly/monthly/annual periods for the team.
  • Develop solutions that best address respective HOD’s requirements and consumer needs, while simultaneously coordinating the involvement of necessary business personnel – inclusive of support, service, and resource management – in order to meet key account performance objectives.

What do you bring to the table?:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Marketing disciplines from a reputed University
  • At least 4-5 years solid experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Relationship Management, B2B Sales in FMCG, E-commerce, MFS industries.
  • Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership skills are highly required, especially team building, positive & problem-solving attitude, and analytical ability.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and G Suite
  • Data Driven and Analytically Sound.
