Job Description

  • Create, manage and optimize seller communication calendar by creating content and driving strategy for all key topics of seller concerns.
  • Bridge the education gap of sellers to enhance and improve their knowledge and performance throughout their selling journey in liaison with different teams across Daraz
  • Plan, maintain education and content calendars for all seller channels (Seller center, social, SMS, emails) and lead a team of content writer and CRM associate for execution).
  • Targeted focus and approach for different seller cohorts; new sellers, high value sellers, old sellers and churned sellers
  • Drive initiatives to build the seller brand and image by collaborating with internal and external teams
  • Build and foster a strong knit seller community through initiatives that empower sellers and improve seller sentiment
  • Formulate performance plans for seller participation in Daraz promotional campaigns and sales.
  • Effectively be able to lead a team of two or more to drive the engagement strategy for seller education and community.
  • Collaborate with different internal teams to improve processes, visibility and engagement of sellers.
